HOW BOOKING WORKS
A clear process from request to completion.
A message is only a request. A booking becomes confirmed after the service, date, location, price and any travel costs have been agreed in writing.

Availability, duration, location, total price, payment method and any travel surcharge are confirmed in writing.

Confirm the booking
The appointment is confirmed only after both parties accept the agreed terms and any required payment is completed.

Service and documentation
The service is completed in person. A receipt or invoice can be issued for the completed transaction.
TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS
Travel can be arranged.
When a booking requires travel outside the usual service area, an additional percentage-based travel surcharge may apply. The exact percentage and any transport costs are confirmed in writing before the booking.
